Courses
Placement is based on each student’s unique and individual capabilities determined by our graded curriculum. Age is used as a guideline. Generally, students spend 2 years in each level.
Mommy or Daddy & Me ages (1 - 3)
Our Mommy & Me program was designed for moms wanting to spend quality time with their child and create special memories with their child that will not be forgotten while instilling the importance of healthy exercise and a love for music and dance. Quality one-on-one parent-child interaction shows your child how important and loved they are amidst a busy week. Our teacher will keep the music and curriculum moving along while a parent or another loved one takes an active role in encouraging, supporting and keeping the little dancer on track.
Creative Movement & More (Little Tykes & Summer Mini's) ages (2 ½ - 4)
A Dance Movement program designed to introduce young children to the creativity and artistry of dance, inspire imagination, foster self-expression and encourage self-discipline. Giving these little ones a variety of Ballet & Tumbling (Acro) & Hippity Hop Tap makes for a fun filled 1/2 hour class full of action.
Children Classes (Kids) ages (4.5 - 7)
These classes are designed to accommodate a youngster's attention span, while providing the student with exposure to multiple dance forms taken in 30 minute Sessions. These can be combined to offer the child another style of dance at a discount. Emphasis is on developing gross motor skills, muscle control, balance, and spatial awareness, as well as listening and leadership skills. Rhythmical patterns & props are used to create a fun moving environment!
Star Bright ages (6 - 9)
These classes are designed for the younger student that is ready to move at a faster pace while studying one form of dance during a 45 minute class time schedule. These classes are offered in multiple dance styles.
Levels: Juniors (ages 9 - 12) Levels: Teen, Adult 1, (ages 10+) & 2, 3, 4 (ages 11+)
Hip Hop
Dancers come to Hip Hop for innovative and contemporary movement in an atmosphere of safe self-expression and fun! This dance form combines elements of various street dance styles, blending Old School, New School break dancing, and even jazz, performed to up beat, current, and popular music. Hip Hop is not limited to one style or technique. Variety in Hip Hop is a MUST!
Tap
Creating rhythms and sounds, tap dancing is truly unique. Tap dancers develop musicality, rhythm, quick thinking, and the ability to "hear" music. Tap is regarded as a truly American dance form that has been passed down from generation to generation.
Lyrical Jazz
Studying Jazz is an exciting journey. Jazz relies on a dancer's classical training, yet pushes him/her to connect emotionally to music and movement. Jazz encompass technique and style, while introducing Theater Dance, Contemporary, Funky, African, and many more. Classes consist of floor stretches, turns, isolations, progressions, and combinations.
Ballet / Pointe
The ballet class is one of the most challenging, yet most gratifying classes that we offer. Giving students precise technique, ballet offers a lot more than what meets the eye. It is the foundation for many other dance forms. Ballet teaches alignment, placement, balance and elegance. If you are a student of dance and looking for a great class, try BALLET - and give yourself a chance to experience art in its purest form.

Lyrical or Lyrical Jazz
Lyrical dance is a fusion of ballet and jazz dance techniques. This form of dance challenges dancers to use motion to interpret music and express emotion. A lyrical dancer's movements attempt to show the meaning of the music. Lyrical jazz dance is a personal expression to the music. It incorporates elements of technique and traditional jazz but is much more expressive and intuitive. It portrays certain emotions and tells a story through every movement made.
Acrobatics
Acrobatics involves stretches, tumbling, and acrobatic tricks, focusing on balance, endurance, and flexibility. Its the "floor routine" in gymnastics! While acrobatics or gymnastics are not forms of dance, they can become dance techniques if the dancer adds rhythm in time to the music with true dance steps.
Broadway Jazz
You can pretend you're a star on Broadway in this fun musical theater class! After a warm-up and across the floor exercises designed to develop your technique, you'll learn simple combinations from musicals such as the Wiz and Chorus Line, among others.
Leaps & Turns
Improve your Technique! Because leaps & turns focus on improving technical skills for leaps, jumps and turns it is called a technical class, and enrollment in this class is highly encouraged for the competitive dancer.
The class typically will include a warmup, flexibility, and conditioning with a more intense focus on body alignment, centering, and extension that will improve overall balance and core strength, and ultimately technique.
Ballet Tech classes
Ballet Technique classes are the foundation for training and focus on developing a solid ballet technique with emphasis on understanding correct body placement, proper use of turn out, coordination of the upper body (epaulement), and use of arms (port de bras). Having good technique is an indication of the maturity of a dancer.
